Support Plans for IDERA Customers

IDERA's three support packages offer our customers options, flexibility and more
support than ever. Read below to learn more, or contact us to discover how we

Platinum Support Package
  • All the benefits included in Gold and Basic packages, plus:
  • Product Environment Reviews A virtual review of Idera product configurations and usage, followed up with a written summary of areas for improvement or are at risk (up to four annually)
  • Custom & Individual Support Services Idera product best practices, migration assistance, upgrade assistance, and installations that are guaranteed to be scheduled within two days of service request up to eight annually)
  • Priority service through an exclusive Platinum Support phone line
  • Technical Account Managers during business hours
Gold Support Package
For SQL Product line only
  • All the benefits in Basic package, plus:
  • Product Environment Reviews
    Up to two annually, as opposed to 4 with
    the Platinum Support Package.
  • Custom and individual support services.
  • Membership to any IDERA Beta programs.
  • Free 6 month license of select IDERA products.
