Cloud Migration Success

Presenter: Matt Gordon

You’ve been asked to participate in a cloud migration. You know how the project will end and where the data and apps will land, but what do you need to know before you start? Once the project begins, what do you need to know to ensure it ends successfully? The technology is critical, but are your people and processes ready for the cloud? Is your monitoring giving you the right information to know how your on-premises systems continue to run and whether or not you have provisioned sufficiently in the cloud? Have you thought about data governance once your estate is in the cloud and things are easier to provision? Check out this fast-paced session from a veteran of cloud migrations, large and small (and good and bad), to learn from that experience and put your project on the footing it needs to succeed.
