Randy

Randy Jacops Chief Executive Officer
Randy brings 20 years of operational experience in enterprise technology to IDERA. Prior to IDERA, he founded an executive consulting firm that advised venture capital and private equity firms on operations and acquisition targets and worked as a venture partner for Valhalla Partners. Previously, he was President and CEO of Versata Enterprises, one of the largest privately owned software companies in the world, where he acquired over a dozen companies and restructured them to deliver growth and world-class profitability.  Earlier in his career, Randy was a partner at Deloitte Consulting and worked in finance at Ford Motor Company.

Chris Smith Chief Operating Officer
Chris brings 23 years of operational experience in enterprise technology and product development to IDERA. Prior to IDERA, he worked for one of the largest healthcare companies in North America building a world class enterprise software division that in less then 2 years created over 8 products and generated 45+ software patents. Previously, he was COO of Versata Enterprises, one of the largest privately owned software companies in the world, where he managed operations for over a dozen acquired companies that delivered growth and world-class profitability. Earlier in his career, Chris was Sr Director of Software Development for Norand, one of the largest handheld computer manufacturing companies that later became Intermec.

Trey

Trey Chambers Chief Financial Officer
Trey Chambers brings more than 20 years of financial management and technology industry experience to IDERA, as well as relevant public company experience. Prior to joining, Trey was CFO at CompassLearning, a leading provider of learning software solutions for the K-12 market. Prior to that, he held roles as vice president of operations and CFO at Reddwerks Corporation, CFO for the $2.6 billion Transportation and Standard Products segment and later chief audit officer for Freescale Semiconductor, vice president of finance at Metrowerks and in audit at PriceWaterhouse. Trey is a CPA and a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II, a liberal arts honors program.

Heidi

Heidi Farris Vice President, Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, Heidi brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in high-tech to IDERA, building award-winning marketing teams and leading go-to-market strategies that drive high velocity sales models. Prior to joining IDERA, Heidi was the head of marketing at Bloomfire and Gazzang. Heidi was also one of the original employees of SolarWinds, starting with the company in 2006 when the company’s headquarters were in Tulsa, OK. There, she led demand generation teams through the company’s IPO in 2009 and beyond.

Hythem
Hythem joined TA in 2004 and has more than 11 years of private equity experience. While at TA, he has been involved in over a dozen investments totaling more than $15 billion in enterprise value. These investments have been in North America, Europe, India and the Middle East. Hythem has deep domain expertise across both vertical and infrastructure software and communications infrastructure platforms. He has partnered with founders and management teams with an aim to accelerate organic growth and transform businesses through acquisitions.

Ashutosh Agrawal

Ashutosh Agrawal is a Managing Director at TA Associates, a global private equity firm. At TA, Ashu focuses on investments in technology and technology-based services companies. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of Idera, Ashu serves on the Boards of Bomgar, Mitratech and Prometheus Group and was previously on the Board of Viewpoint. Prior to joining TA, he was a Principal at Francisco Partners. While at Francisco Partners, he served on the Board of Directors of a number of private technology companies, including EF Johnson Technologies, Grass Valley, Mincom, Primavera Systems and WatchGuard Technologies among others. Previously, Ashu worked in the Leveraged Finance Group within the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. He received a BS degree, summa cum laude, in Computer Science and an MEng in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University, and an MBA degree as a Baker Scholar with High Distinction from the Harvard Business School.

Kenny Van Zant

Kenny

Kenny Van Zant leads the Business and Operations teams at Asana. He is the former Chief Product Officer for SolarWinds, helping pioneer the modern business model for selling software and SaaS to enterprises and SMBs. Previously, Kenny was EVP of Marketing for Motive, and the co-founder and COO of BroadJump. Kenny has a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas.

Jeffrey Hawn

Jeffrey Hawn is currently Chairman and CEO of Vertafore, a provider of software and solutions to the insurance industry. Prior to joining Vertafore, Jeff served as Chairman and CEO of The Attachmate Group, a software holding company. Prior to that, he was an Operating Partner of JMI-Inc., a private equity firm. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations for BMC Software, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise management solutions, and as a partner with McKinsey & Company, a leading management consulting firm. Jeff received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. He has served on the board of Pervasive Software Inc., the board of Vignette Corporation, and numerous private company boards.

Martin J. Veilleux

Martin

Marty has 30 years of finance experience with public and private companies primarily in the high tech, financial services and pharmaceutical marketing industries. Most recently, he was CFO of Fotolia, LLC, a marketplace for crowd-sourced, licensed photos and videos. Prior to Fotolia, Marty was on the Board of Directors and CFO of GlobeOp Financial Services, a hedge fund administrator (LSE: GO). Previously, he was CFO of NaviSys Software Solutions, Inc. and BLP Group (NASDAQ: BLPG). Early in his career Marty was global controller of Concurrent Computer Corporation. He began his career with Arthur Andersen, LLP.
