"We had a critical, urgent need to audit admin level accounts in our SQL environment to be compliant
with SOX requirements. SQL compliance manager tremendously exceeded our expectations providing ease of setup,
very granular configuration options, excellent real-time activity monitoring and a great variety of reporting
options. The email alerts also make us aware of login activity no matter where we are. This provides a comfort
level to upper management that was not possible prior to our implementation of SQL compliance manager."

Announcing SQL defrag manager:
Automated SQL Server Defragmentation
See it live in January!
SQL defrag manager is a new product from Idera that automates defragmentation processes on production SQL Servers – helping organizations drastically improve server performance and optimize disk I/O while also reducing administrative effort and downtime. SQL defrag manager automatically picks the best time to analyze fragmentation and the best approach to defragment based on user-defined criteria and analyses of historical data stored in a central repository. SQL defrag manager shows all fragmentation activity in real-time, quickly exposing fragmentation hot spots. DBAs can then quickly view reports and metrics from the enterprise-level down to individual indexes to check the success of fragmentation efforts. SQL defrag manager is simple to install, configure and use across all SQL Servers, from one server to an enterprise-scale implementation.
SQL defrag manager will be released in March 2007, but you can see it live starting in January! Click below to sign up for a live demonstration of SQL defrag manager, or better yet, participate in our beta testing!
