Rick Pleczko is a co-founder of Idera. Prior to Idera, Mr. Pleczko held senior executive positions in a number of leading software companies including LBMS, Platinum Technology, Mission Critical Software, and most recently NetIQ Corporation, a leading provider of enterprise systems and security management solutions, where he served as senior vice president of worldwide marketing. A 25+ year veteran of the systems and database management software industry, Mr. Pleczko has held positions ranging from software engineer and DBA to CEO.
 

Prior to joining Idera, York Richards managed the development and execution of the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program for BMC software. Mr. Richards has many years experience in the financial management of successful software companies. During his career he has held a number of senior financial positions, including Director of Finance for NetIQ Corporation, Controller for PentaSafe Security Technologies and Senior Auditor for Price Waterhouse Coopers.
 

James Legg has a history of demonstrated success growing enterprise management technology organizations. At NetIQ Mr. Legg ran the Inside Sales team and Corporate Sales Organization. Prior to NetIQ Mr. Legg served as the Vice President for Pentasafe and assisted in revenue growth from $400,000 to over $40 Million in five years and had responsibility for Pre and Post Sales support and Professional Services. Mr. Legg also served as a Sales Director at Peregrine and managed Key Accounts. Mr. Legg has 20 years of Software experience and has opened and managed several sales offices in the Americas for both Peregrine and BMC Software
 

Rod Endo is a co-founder of Idera. Prior to Idera, he was a co-founder of PointSecure, Inc. where he performed various roles within the company's business, including CEO and COO. Prior to PointSecure, Mr. Endo worked as a senior financial analyst for Compaq Computer Corporation and was responsible for the management and oversight of the Compaq's OEM relationships. Prior to Compaq, Mr. Endo held various positions in product marketing and business development. Mr. Endo has also performed gene therapy research at Scripps Research Institute.
 

Mike Frank is responsible for product direction and delivery at Idera. Mr. Frank has held positions in product management and software development management at PentaSafe Security Technologies, Inc. and NetIQ Corporation. Prior to PentaSafe, Mr. Frank held the position of chief technology officer at Petris Technology, Inc. Mr. Frank's experience includes development and consulting in the fields of IT security, database management, e-business and trading systems. He has worked on corporate business planning and budgeting, and professional services management. Mr. Frank has over 17 years experience in systems and database management technology.
 

Nick has over 20 years experience in the technology industry. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Channel Sales at SurfControl. Previously, he was Vice President of Texas-based, publicly-traded EBIZ Enterprises, where he managed the sales operation. He also co-founded JBSi, a Unix software and hardware provider, where he served as Vice President of Sales. Futter graduated in Business Studies from Hallam University in England.
