Rick
Pleczko is the president
and CEO and also a co-founder
of Idera. Prior to Idera,
Mr. Pleczko held senior
executive positions in
a number of leading software
companies including LBMS,
Platinum Technology, Mission
Critical Software, and
most recently NetIQ Corporation,
a leading provider of
enterprise systems and
security management solutions
where he served as senior
vice president of worldwide
marketing. A 25+ year
veteran of the systems
and database management
software industry Mr.
Pleczko has held positions
ranging from software
engineer and DBA to CEO.

Clark |
Mike
Clark is a co-founder
of Idera. Prior to Idera,
Mr. Clark co-founded PointSecure,
Inc. where he served as
the company's chief executive
officer and vice president
of business development.
Prior to PointSecure,
Mr. Clark co-founded PentaSafe
Security Technologies,
Inc. where he served as
vice president. His duties
included strategic planning,
sales management, partnership
development, and strategic
acquisition identification.
Mr. Clark was named a
finalist in the 1999 Ernst
& Young "Entrepreneur
of the Year" awards
program. Prior to PentaSafe,
Mr. Clark was a sales
executive with BindView
Development Corporation,
a Houston-based systems
management software company.

| Mike
Bennett |
Mike
Bennett joined Idera's
Board of Directors in
December 2003. He previously
served as the chairman,
CEO, and president of
Mission Critical Software,
a leader in systems management
for the Microsoft Windows
platform, that successfully
completed a public offering
in 1999 and merged with
NetIQ Corporation (NASDAQ:
NTIQ) in 2000. After the
merger, Mr. Bennett served
as executive chairman
of NetIQ Corporation.
Both companies provide
e-business infrastructure
software for the Windows
NT and Windows 2000 markets.
Mr. Bennett has also served
as CEO and president of
LBMS and Summagraphics-Interlan.
Prior to his tenures as
CEO, Mr. Bennett was a
senior executive at Digital
Equipment Corporation.

Thornton |
John
Thornton joined Idera's
Board of Directors in
December 2003. Mr. Thornton
is a general partner at
Austin Ventures and has
been with them since 1991.
He is actively involved
in managing the firm's
overall operations and
focuses on software investing.
Previously, Mr. Thornton
was with McKinsey &
Co., where he served clients
in the U.S. and Europe.
He has worked with companies
such as Active Power,
Dazel, Metasolv, Mission
Critical, Vignette, Motive,
Pentasafe, and Waveset.
Mr. Thornton received
his MBA from the Stanford
Graduate School of Business
and his BA summa cum laude
from Trinity University,
where he graduated first
in his class. He is a
founding board member
of the Austin Entrepreneur's
Foundation and a trustee
of Trinity University
and the Austin Museum
of Art.

| Mike
Rovner |
Mike Rovner is a Partner at Austin Ventures, which he joined in September 2000. He is a stage agnostic investor with a broad range of experience in startup formation, corporate spinouts, and growth equity. In addition to helping lead the firm’s financial services initiative, Mr. Rovner focuses on financial technology, information and business services, and enterprise software. Prior to joining Austin Ventures, Mr. Rovner led business development and mergers and acquisitions for Mission Critical Software, which went public in 1999 and later merged with NetIQ. Earlier in his career Mr. Rovner served as a management consultant to FedEx Global Logistics and Electronic Commerce. Before this he held executive management positions with Stanford Technology Group (acquired by Informix) and Empart Technology (acquired by ARI Network Services), where he was a founder. Mr. Rovner received his BA from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Kreuer |
Keith
Kreuer joined Idera's
Board of Directors in
December 2003. Mr. Kreuer
was a co-founder of PentaSafe
Security Technologies
where his most recent
position was director
of global services. Prior
to PentaSafe, Mr. Kreuer
was president and CEO
of Penta, Inc., a Houston-based
applications development
and systems integration
firm that he co-founded
in 1991 and COO at VeriCenter
Inc, a Houston-based Managed
Service Provider. He has
also held management positions
at Ernst and Young, Generator
Systems and Exxon USA.
Mr. Kreuer serves on the
Board of Directors of
Target Hunger and is a
charter member of the
IT advisory committee
for North Harris Community
College. He is a graduate
of Iowa State University,
where he received a Bachelor
of Science degree in Business
Administration with an
emphasis in Computer Science.

Endo, Secretary |
Rod
Endo is a co-founder of
Idera. Prior to Idera,
he was a co-founder of
PointSecure, Inc. where
he performed various roles
within the company's business,
including CEO and COO.
Prior to PointSecure,
Mr. Endo worked as a senior
financial analyst for
Compaq Computer Corporation
and was responsible for
the management and oversight
of the Compaq's OEM relationships.
Prior to Compaq, Mr. Endo
held various positions
in product marketing and
business development.
Mr. Endo has also performed
gene therapy research
at Scripps Research Institute.
